Theres no rocket science Paddy Pimblett lays out the exact process behind his DRAMATIC

Paddy Pimblett, an unranked UFC lightweight who’s already one of the most talked about names in the current UFC roster with just 3 UFC fights, is one of the biggest names to come out of the English MMA scene. Pimblett is so far 19-3 in his overall MMA career with 15 finishes.

Paddy Pimblett’s way of bulking up to 50 lbs more than his actual weight just adds to his character, and many MMA elites have ridiculed his practice. Paddy has finally responded to all the criticism and talked about his weight-cutting methods.

Talking about it on his YouTube channel, he said, “There’s no rocket science to it. It’s not hard. Get yourself in a calorie deficit. Why do you think I get so fat? Because I’ve got to go from eating 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day to eating 8,000 a day. That’s why the weight piles on and that’s why it comes off so easy.”

Chael Sonnen is not too pleased with Paddy Pimblett gaining an insane amount of weight after his fights

In one of the videos on his Youtube channel, Chael Sonnen talks about Paddy The Baddy’s weight routine and how much the media portrays it as a rather interesting thing when there are other things to talk about a character so marketable and interesting. Rest assured, Sonnen was not a fan of all the media herd running behind Pimblett’s weight, and is time for asking the English MMA fighter about his next fight.

“Look guys, Paddy and the weight has to stop,” says Sonnen. “It’s gotta come to a screeching stop… first off, it’s not interesting and Paddy the fatty doesn’t make you a clever guy… there are too many interesting things for Paddy… the Paddy and the weight has got to stop, it makes him look foolish, it really does, eventually, that’s going to bite you in the a**.”

Pimblett has claimed he will stop the binge eating ritual during off-training sessions once he starts to fight ranked opponents but Sonnen says that if you want to make a change about something you feel is wrong, you have to start now. What are your views on the situation?
